Keystone Certifications is Returning to In-Person Inspections

Keystone Certifications inspectors have resumed conducting on-site inspections. The organization acknowledges that many licensees prefer in-person inspections and will continue offering them as long as conditions remain safe.

Remote Option Remains Available

While returning to in-person inspections, remote inspections will continue as part of the service model when appropriate. Licensees preferring remote inspections can discuss this option with their inspector when scheduling.

Preparation Support

Inspectors will work with licensees to ensure readiness, as some facilities have not had on-site visits since 2020. The Pre-Inspection Checklist will still be required. Inspectors will also discuss any operational changes that occurred due to pandemic safety protocols over the past two years.
